Sea World

We had a wonderful day at Sea World today, we are actually really tired, but Dan is making me update the blog so I wont forget to post later.
We did all kinds of stuff today, we saw the whales, people doing water ski, we saw the penguins, we saw the sea lions and we went on rides...
Shayna went on her first big roller coaster today "Steel Eel", I was scared for her and didn't dare to see her go so I went with the little ones to the kiddie rides. She told me later that she was really scared but liked it a lot. The biggest thing for everybody was Shamu the killer whale and we liked it so much we went back for more, the second time we got so wet and were able to see the whales really close. I wont forget those shiny cute whales :)
The whole experience was very cool and tomorrow we will see and do the things we didn't get to do today.

Day 1 of trip to San Antonio

Today we decided to finally drive down to San Antonio. We wanted to come ever since we first moved to Texas but somehow it didn't work out then. Since we now have a sure closing date, we have some time to spare and relax. We are closing on the 22nd of July, yeah!!!
So we got to San Antonio around 3:30 or 4 pm and after getting our room at a hotel we drove down to see the Alamo. I know there is a lot of History down there and it was cool to go see the real thing after watching movies about it. The kids thought it was cool too. We had lunch at a Mall where there is a river that snakes through the middle of town. We wanted to go on one of the boats, but it would have been more money :)
While eating lunch we enjoyed some nice Peruvian music and had lots of pigeons flying around us, the kids were kind of freaking out about it.
We took a little walk by the river and then finally went to the Alamo, walked down the streets and checked out some Hispanic markets. It was lots of fun.
I took the kids to the hotel pool for a while and then put them to bed, right now we are just relaxing...

Our crazy summer so far!!!

So we have been going crazy this las three weeks trying to find things to do with the kids. We go the parks, have picnics, we go for nature walks, normal walks, we go shopping for food, we eat out, watch movies, and this is all getting really boring now, believe it or not :)
The kids enjoy it a lot, but I guess they also need some kind of routine again. We got some summer link books to get them ready for school for all three of them and they like working on them. We took them to the Build a Bear store the first week we were here, since they didn't have their toys with them, and we also thought it would be a cool experience for them to choose their own little bear. Victor chose a red, white and blue star bear, Tristan got a cute monkey and Shayna got a bunny. They pick an outfit for their stuffed animal and were very happy with the end product. We went downtown to celebrate the 4th of July and got to listen to the orchestra of Houston, it was really neat. After that we saw the fireworks. This weeks we took them back to the same park downtown and went on a train ride and play at a fountain to cool down for a while, it was fun until Shayna fell off her scooter and got hurt. After that we took them to Chuck E Cheese pizza and they had a great time. Aaron really enjoys going all over the place and doing what his older siblings do. So you get the picture, it has been all about the kids, we love them so much and feel guilty for making them move again, but I think they are adjusting really well. We can't wait to finally close on the house and move!!! I have been enjoying looking at all my friends' blogs they all seem to be having lots of fun and adventures :)

Here it goes

I have been tagged and I didn't even know it. This is kind of fun, reading about you guys and the things you like and wish for, things I never knew. I don't have as many people to tag but here it is anyways.

Three joys: My lovely husband who's always been there for me and loves me no matter what.
My cute children whom I love and they love me, there is nothing more special than having that unconditional love.
The knowledge that I am sealed to my parents for time and all eternity and that I have my own eternal family.

Three fears: To have a family member die and to know that the last thing you said was mean.
To drown ( I am with you on that one Katie)
I am afraid of heights so my worst fear is to be in an airplane and crash.

3 Goals: To always be active in the church and be able to be with my Dad again.
To have a happy family
Some day go back to school and graduate.

Obsession: I love getting organized and have everything clean, not that it actually happens, but that is what I work on.

To have all the laundry done and have outfits organized.
I collect Barbies from all around the world. ( I buy them from KB Toys)

Three facts:
I love to count things, it doesn't matter where I am or if I am talking to people I am always counting, and the end result has to be the number 15 (I do it all day long)
I still have my Teddie bear from when I was 6 years old I got the Christmas after my dad died, I named him after my Dad (Victor)
I don't know how to swim but I love the beach and going to the pool, even if one of my biggest fear is to drown I love being in the pool, I can swim under water but I can't float :)

I tag Lisa Brown, Jordan, Dennise, Steven Brown (I ran out of names)
